It's very likely a group of riders will escape from the big field again in this stage, but maybe 10 or 15 riders...as usual armstrong should finish in the peloton, but in the front part of the peloton to stay out of trouble and the danger of a crash.
In this case depending on the number of riders who can escape he has to finish in top 20/25 of big field.
Overall: Ullrich to finish top 3 -273 or even better RASMUSSEN not to finish to 3 -155 3 units (which is in effect the same bet).
Rassmussen is 2 min in front of ullrich with a 55 km time trial ahead on saturday: Ullrich already won about 2 min on rassmussen in first time trial over 19 km. Last year over same distance he lost 5 min to Ullrich.
Over 154.5 rider to finish the tour +244 3 units
155 still going, so it's a bet that everybody finishes: 3 stages left: friday a relatively easy stage, saturday time trial and sunday the fun-ride to paris:
i can t see anybody go out with Paris so close ahead, if he went thru all the pain so far. the only way i could see this bet loosing is a crash tomorrow with somebody going out with a real serious injury that prevends him from riding at all, but at +244 i'll have a big shot against that.
